To ensure a positive experience, Flores Lumen SARL reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your participation in any program, including access to the private community and coaching calls, and / or 121 coaching session(s) without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if:

• You engage in disruptive or difficult behavior;

• You fail to adhere to the program guidelines; or,

• You hinder the participation of our instructors or other participants in our program(s).
  
  

Ownership of Intellectual Property

All Content and materials within the Service are owned or licensed by Flores Lumen SARL and protected by law. Flores Lumen SARL and its logos are trademarks and may not be used without express written permission. Your use of the Service does not confer ownership rights.

You cannot share the Content and materials shared without written consent from Flores Lumen SARL. This includes reproducing, selling, or sharing materials on social media. Such actions are illegal and may lead to legal consequences. Moreover, copying, redistributing, repurposing or exploiting any content without Flores Lumen SARL's written permission is not allowed. They own exclusive rights to their trademarks, and you agree not to challenge this ownership. These terms persist even after the termination of your account, the Service, or this Agreement.

Membership and Fees

Payments are to be made in full according to the mutually agreed-upon terms between Flores Lumen SARL and you. We maintain a "No Refund" policy. Under no circumstances will refunds be granted at any time or for any reason. 

Access to content, classes, coaching calls, or any paid features under this Agreement lasts for the duration of the program as agreed at the date of payment and is granted either immediately or at the start date of the program or coaching period paid for. After this period, your access to such materials and / or support will be terminated unless otherwise specified in writing by Flores Lumen SARL.

Forum Usage

Flores Lumen SARL may host private community groups, message boards, chats, and other public forums ("Forums"). Our private community group has specific regulations with periodic updates, so adhere to the latest version. Failure to comply with the guidelines for the group may result in expulsion and denial of future access to the Forums. Flores Lumen SARL or its designated facilitators reserve the right to remove or alter any user-created content at any time for any reason.

Forums are designed as discussion centers for users and subscribers. Content may be provided by Flores Lumen SARL staff, outside contributors, or users not affiliated with Flores Lumen SARL, some of whom may use anonymous usernames. Sessions may be recorded for documentation purposes, and selected recordings may be posted on the Forum.

Flores Lumen SARL expressly disclaims responsibility and endorsement, making no representation as to the validity of opinions, advice, information, or statements made by third parties within the Forums. Flores Lumen SARL is not responsible for errors or omissions in postings or for hyperlinks embedded in any messages. Under no circumstances will Flores Lumen SARL, its affiliates, suppliers, or facilitators be liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on Forum information.

Opinions expressed in Forums are solely those of participants and do not reflect the opinions of Flores Lumen SARL or its subsidiaries/affiliates.

Flores Lumen SARL has no obligation to monitor Forum content but reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to monitor and alter content. Flores Lumen SARL may alter, edit, refuse to post, or remove any content, in whole or in part, for any reason. Fees

Payments are to be made in full according to the mutually agreed-upon terms between Flores Lumen SARL and you except if agreed otherwise. We maintain a strict "No Refund" policy. Under no circumstances will refunds be granted at any time or for any reason. 

Access to content, classes, coaching or any paid features under this Agreement lasts for the stated time period from the date of payment. After this period, your access to such materials and / or coaching will be terminated unless otherwise specified in writing by Flores Lumen SARL.

Content Permission & Restrictions

Unless specified otherwise, the Site's design, including software, source code, text, images, materials, and all other content ("Content"), is our copyrighted or licensed intellectual property. The Content is for your personal, non-commercial use, and no ownership is transferred to you. Certain site features allow limited sharing on social media platforms, granting you a license to display the Content as directed. Except as permitted, you may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, or exploit the Content, and misuse is strictly prohibited under applicable laws. Furthermore, the reproduction, distribution, and sale of this Content by any entity other than us are expressly prohibited.

Testimonials and Comments

Occasionally, users may voluntarily post testimonials and other submissions ("Testimonials"). By submitting Testimonials, you grant us an irrevocable license to fully utilize them, such as posting the Testimonials on our social media platforms. Testimonials may be posted on the Site or on social media regardless of where they are sourced from (email, Instagram, Facebook group, video, etc.) with the user's name and/or photo. During Force Majeure, except for money owed, suspended obligations will resume after notice. The affected party must remedy the situation and resume obligations promptly, taking reasonable action to mitigate losses suffered by the other party. The Agreement term won't extend due to Force Majeure.

Release

You permanently release and discharge Flores Lumen SARL from all liability, claims, and actions arising from your use of the Service, regardless of fault. This includes interactions with any party through the Service. You agree not to sue Flores Lumen SARL for any incidents involving you or your property resulting from the Service. The provisions in the Limitation of Liability and Release section will persist after account termination or agreement end.

Dispute Resolution

Both you and Flores Lumen SARL agree to the following dispute resolution procedure: In the event of any controversy, claim, action or dispute arising out of or related to any transaction conducted on this Site, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of this Agreement or any part of it ("dispute"), the party asserting the dispute shall first try in good faith to settle such dispute by providing written notice to the other party by registered mail describing the facts and circumstances (including any relevant documentation) of the dispute, and allowing the receiving party 30 days from the date of mailing to respond to the dispute. Unless you indicate otherwise in your notice, Flores Lumen SARL shall respond to your notice using your last-used billing address or the billing and/or shipping address in your online profile.

In the event that Flores Lumen SARL is unable to resolve the dispute with you through the referenced above, you and Flores Lumen SARL both agree the parties shall resolve their dispute utilizing governing courts located in Paris. You hereby waive your right to a class action lawsuit.

Waiver/Severability

The failure of Flores Lumen SARL to strictly enforce any provision or exercise any right under this Agreement does not waive its right to assert or rely on such provision or right in the future. If any part of this Agreement is found illegal or unenforceable in one jurisdiction, it won't affect its validity elsewhere, and the remaining provisions will stay in force. If the Dispute Resolution section is deemed illegal or unenforceable, both parties agree to resolve disputes in a court in Paris.

Term and Termination

This Agreement remains effective as long as your account is up-to-date and you comply with its terms. It can be terminated voluntarily by you or Flores Lumen SARL. You have the right to terminate by destroying all related materials. Flores Lumen SARL may terminate it immediately, without notice, if you fail to comply or for any reason at the company's discretion. After termination, Flores Lumen SARL retains all rights to the Submissions as per this Agreement.
